Kitchen No. 324

Moving back to OKC means I get to experience a lot of restaurants for seemingly the first time again. I haven’t lived here in 7 years so I am rediscovering some old favorites and new spots to enjoy. Kitchen 324 is one of those old, new spots. I hadn’t been here in years and myContinue reading “Kitchen No. 324”

Toulouse Petit

Oh Toulouse Petit, you are magnificent. You bring brunch to an entire new level of deliciousness. Admittedly, I have never eaten at Toulouse for any meal other than brunch, but I could only imagine how incredibly tasty it would be. If their lunch and dinner are a fraction of what their brunch is like, thenContinue reading “Toulouse Petit”

Nue

Nue has been a staple of Capitol Hill for many years. I first went to this spot about 6 years ago when I first moved to Seattle. It caught my eye because it said “street food from around the world.” Instantly I was intrigued and wanted to know more. I scoured their menu and foundContinue reading “Nue”

Farm 12

Farm 12 is a new(ish) spot in Puyallup, WA that is definitely worth the drive from Seattle. It is a rustic barn with multiple buildings for their restaurant and events. You can rent out their space for parties and such! The community is super important to them, which is why I love supporting this place.Continue reading “Farm 12”

Sweet Notes

Sweet Notes is tucked away in a little shopping center in Kent, WA right next to the Trader Joe’s. I go to TJs every week, even multiple times a week, but have never been to this cafe. Over the weekend, I found myself wanting to grab a bite to eat but didn’t want to goContinue reading “Sweet Notes”

Olmstead

Olmstead is a vibrant spot for all things brunch and cocktails. Located in the bustling Capital Hill, you might miss it if you’re walking too fast. This spot has some very instagrammable vibes between the beautiful colors and decor to the artfully prepared dishes and drinks. During the weekends they have a delectable brunch sceneContinue reading “Olmstead”

Stitch

Stitch is a fun coffee shop that is connected to a plant shop. It is bright and open and is a pretty large space. It features a lot of natural sunlight and is a great place for breakfast with friends, coffee chats, or if you need some work or study time. Stitch has a greatContinue reading “Stitch”

City and State

City + State is one of OKC’s newest restaurants! It opened just a few weeks back and is a great place to grab Sunday brunch, happy hour drinks, or a nice dinner. They have a beautiful downstairs dining area and a great open patio upstairs along with a bar and lounge areas. It has aContinue reading “City and State”

Savory Scones

Your mornings are about to get a lot better with these savory scones. They are filled with green onions and cheddar cheese for a delicious breakfast or afternoon snack! Scones are actually much easier to make than I anticipated and really don’t require a lot of time or effort. I love savory breakfast dishes andContinue reading “Savory Scones”
