This spot serves authentic Spanish tapas and they are located in the bustling Alexanderplatz area, so it is great for the warmer months to sit outside and enjoy the weather.
Having been to Spain numerous times, I can confidently say that this tapas does meet the mark and is authentic and delicious. Their menu is pretty simple so they can focus on providing outstanding quality.
We tried several items from the menu: Spanish Omelette, Ham Croquettes, Meat and Cheese Board, Tomato Bread, Patatas Bravas, and Crispy Octopus. And of course we had to get a pitcher of Sangria because you can’t have tapas without some form of wine.
Everything was delicious and so fresh. The meats and cheese were imported from Spain and they were so good. I mean who doesn’t love manchego and Jamon Iberico. The potatoes were so crispy and the sauce on top was creamy and tangy. And you can’t go wrong with the simple but classic tomato on bread, perfectly toasted with ripe, fresh tomatoes.
If you’re craving Spain while you’re in Berlin, this is the spot. Make sure to check if you need a reservation. The restaurant is on the smaller side, so especially if you are wanting a seat outdoors it is best to plan ahead!
