Zeit Fur Brot

This is an incredible bakery serving so many different types of breads, cinnamon rolls, and other pastries. They have locations across Germany and I highly recommend trying them out.

This heavenly spot was two doors down from our hotel and we went every single morning for the best way to start our day.

My favorite thing they had are called “Schnecke.” These are similar to cinnamon rolls but have different flavors and fillings. The word Schnecke in German means snails, so they are called that because of the shape when you roll them up. These rolls are so fluffy and light and buttery.

I also love the different flavors they have like Chocolate Hazelnut, Apple Cinnamon, Maple Walnut, White Chocolate Raspberry, and more. During our trip we tried every flavor and they were all so good.

We also tried a number of their breads, pretzels, and some of their other baked goods. Everything was fresh, warm, and clearly made with care. You can taste the love that goes in to their baked goods and their bakers definitely know their craft very well.

This hands down is one of my favorite bakeries I have ever been to and I would give anything for a location to open next door to wherever I live because it is that good.
