This is a long standing cafe serving burgers, breakfast, and more in a rustic, hip atmosphere. This spot is super chill and a great place for a coffee and snack or a full meal, depending on what you’re in the mood for.
My husband and I were enjoying a lovely walk around Kreuzberg and my husband was showing me all the spots he used to frequent when he was living here. When we walked around the corner he was surprised to find this cafe was still here, so of course we had to go in.
We had just eaten breakfast, so we just grabbed some coffee and hung around for a while to soak it all in. We just ordered a mocha and a cappuccino and both were wonderful. They were light and not overly acidic or bitter and super smooth, exactly the kind of coffee you want to linger over.
I didn’t get to try the food this time, but I would absolutely come back here for a meal. It has that perfect neighborhood vibe that makes you want to stay a while.
