So this is not a recipe from scratch for you to make! This is just one of my favorite snack combinations I wanted to share with y’all if you need some snack or breakfast inspiration. I definitely did not come up with this combination – it has been done for years. I remember my mom used to make this for me growing up and it was the perfect combination of tart and sweet. The greek yogurt is so tangy, but then it is cut with the sweetness from the honey! The pistachios also add such a delicious crunch and when you mix it all together you get a perfect bite – crunchy, creamy, tangy, and sweet! It is also a great protein boost if you are looking for a healthier snack option!
- 3/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Pistachios
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- Add the yogurt to a bowl, top with the pistachios and drizzle with the honey! You can chop your pistachios if you want them in smaller pieces, but that’s extra work that I am not here for when I just want a quick snack!
