The Moo Bar

The Moo Bar is a bubble tea shop located in South Lake Union near Whole Foods. They are known for their adorable reusable glass cups! Seriously, these cups are like the real reason I go there. They rotate their cups frequently, so they are always offering a new design and its fun to try to collect them all! They are great since they are reusable so you could theoretically make your own bubble tea, but that sounds like a lot of work. Their corgi series is probably my favorite to date because I love dogs and these were just the cutest.

I’ve been there a fair number of times and tried almost all of their tea offerings. I will say, as far as bubble tea goes it does not rank at the top of my list. I think it tastes bland and watered down. Disclaimer, I have not tried their fruit tea series because I prefer milk tea so I cannot speak to those. The best one I have had is their Thai Tea – so my recommendation would be to stick with that one. You can also purchase their cups through instagram without having to purchase tea as well, but I am not sure about the prices or offerings. This place is cute and its fun to grab an adorable cup with friends! But if you’re looking for delicious milk tea – this is not the place in my opinion. I think Seattle and the surrounding areas have much better bubble tea offerings, but no place has reusable cups like the Moo Bar! Try them yourself and let me know what you think!
