Let’s make some guacamole! I mean, who doesn’t love guac? It is creamy, spicy, salty, crunchy, acidic, and fresh. All the flavors you want in one bowl. It is perfect – especially if you pair it with a margarita! Guacamole is the perfect afternoon snack, whether you are sharing it with some friends or eating it all yourself – no judgement here! This recipe perfectly balances the spice and salt and acid to truly bring you a fantastic tasting guacamole. Just be sure to make it before those pesky avocados go bad – which we all know happens in a 5 minutes span when you stop paying attention for a short second!
- 3 Ripe Avocados
- 1/4 Red Onion, Diced
- 3 Roma Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 1/2 Limes, Juiced
- 2 Jalapeños, Seeds Removed, Diced (I add the seeds of 1 Jalapeño for a kick)
- 1/2 – 1 Tsp Salt
- Serves: 4-6
- Prep Time: 10 Minutes
- Cook Time:: 10 Minutes
- Total Time: 20 Minutes

Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl scoop out the avocado flesh and add to the bowl.
Step 2: Lightly mash the avocado – if you like your guac chunkier then don’t mash as much.

Step 3: Add the onion, tomato, jalapeños and mix well.
Step 4: Add the lime juice and salt. Mix so it is well combined. *Start with 1/2 tsp salt and taste. Adjust the salt to your liking – I used 1 Tsp.

Serve with your favorite chips or on top of tacos! Enjoy!
