Stella Nova is popping up around OKC and the surrounding cities with 4 current locations. Their shops offer a large space with both comfortable seating and tables for whatever you may be needing. Walking into their coffee shop, I instantly feel a calming and simplicity. While their space may be large, it is so warm and inviting. They also offer a drive through for your convenience if you are on the go but still need your caffeine fix. I would put this place as a cross between a local coffee shop and a Starbucks – they offer a local like space, but I will admit that their drinks are on the sweeter side to appeal more to the average coffee shop visitor. Their menu features lattes, cold brew, tea and frappes. They also have the largest syrup flavors I have ever seen at one coffee shop so the options for your latte are endless! I do still enjoy this spot especially when I want a flavored latte – my current favorite is their Toasted Cinnamon Latte, Iced with their Toasted Cinnamon Cold Foam. The cinnamon flavor is strong, but in a good way and it is super rich and creamy with a subtle espresso taste. Check them out here.
