Roasted Broccoli

Looking for an easy side that will please a crowd? Look no further, this is it! By roasting the broccoli at a high heat, you get the soft stems with crispy florets – the best combination! Roasting with the garlic gives it a rich flavor as well that pairs perfectly with almost everything. While I was making this, my husband kept commenting on how delicious the entire house smelled and was not the most patient waiting for it to come out of the oven! That’s the other great thing about this recipe – it only takes 15 minutes! This recipe is easier, quicker, and more delicious than ordering take out – and its a lot cheaper! We loved this so much we ate the entire pan in one night – there’s only 2 of us and this makes enough for 4 people.

  • 2-3 Heads Broccoli, Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • Serves: 2-4
  • Prep Time: 5 Minutes
  • Cook Time: 15 Minutes
  • Total Time: 20 Minutes

Step 1: Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange broccoli on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on the salt and pepper. Using your hands, toss the broccoli to make sure the olive oil and seasonings are evenly spread.

Step 2: Spread the minced garlic over the top of the broccoli. Place in the over and roast for 15 minutes. remove from the oven and enjoy! Serve with your favorite dish, or by itself. We served this with my Creamy Mushroom Chicken and it was delicious – link for recipe here.
