Pink Mama

If you’re looking for a unique and delicious dining experience in Paris, look no further than Pink Mama. Don’t wait to get a reservation – Pink Mama has a limited number of walk-in availability, and it’s a super popular spot. I made our reservation a month out when they dropped, and it was well worth the planning. The interior at Pink Mama is funky and wild, but still elegant, and the top floor is a stunning garden-esque space that’s just gorgeous. Try to sit there if you can – it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a meal and take in the atmosphere.

To start the night, grab one of their fun cocktails and get ready for a culinary adventure. We began with the Big Burrata, which was creamy and divine, with a pesto-filled center that was simply irresistible. We also ordered the Sourdough with Stracciatella, which was unreal – the bread was fluffy with a crispy exterior, and the stracciatella added a rich and creamy element to the dish. For our mains, I opted for the Truffle Pasta, which is one of the dishes Pink Mama is most well-known for. The truffles were perfectly balanced and not overpowering, and the mushroom cream sauce was heavenly. My husband’s Plin D’Avenir was a highlight of the meal – the little pockets of pasta were stuffed with pork, veal, and beef, and served in a sage butter sauce that was rich and savory.

At this point, we were stuffed, but we couldn’t help but order the Creme Brulee, which was set on fire tableside for a show. It was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal, and the caramelized sugar added a nice textural element to the creamy custard.
