I had the pleasure of trying a few of La Rose de Tunis’s signature pastries, including the Croissant, Pistachio Paris Breast, Classic Mille Feuille, and an Eclair. Each pastry was crafted with care and precision, and the flavors were exquisite. The croissant was flaky and buttery, the pistachio Paris breast was nutty and sweet, the mille feuille was creamy and layered, and the éclair was rich and decadent. It was too hard to choose a favorite.
