Brother Hubbard

f you’re looking for a bright and welcoming spot to grab a bite to eat in Dublin, look no further than Brother Hubbard. With four locations around the city, you’re never far from a delicious meal or snack. We visited the North location, which offered plenty of seating, but was still a popular spot, bustling with activity. The atmosphere at Brother Hubbard is lively and inviting, with a bright and open space that’s perfect for meeting friends or enjoying a meal with family. But it’s not just the atmosphere that’s impressive – the food is truly exceptional.

We couldn’t resist trying some of Brother Hubbard’s delicious pastries, and the Chocolate-Hazelnut Babka was a highlight. Don’t skip the coffee and pastry pairing – it’s a treat you won’t want to miss. For brunch, we ordered a variety of dishes, including the Turkish Egg Menemen, which was a flavorful and filling delight. The dish was a mouthful to say and eat, but every bite was worth it. We also ordered a side of bacon and Halloumi, and the Halloumi was a standout – salty and creamy, it was the perfect accompaniment to our meal. My husband’s Porchetta brunch dish was a highlight, with the thickest cut of pork I’ve ever seen. It was cooked to perfection and served stacked on top of toasty bread.

Overall, Brother Hubbard is a must-visit destination in Dublin. With its delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and multiple locations, it’s a great spot to grab a bite to eat or meet friends.
