Located in Brooklyn inside Dekalb Market, you’ll find one of Daigo’s locations. A popular hand roll bar with super fresh and high quality sushi. Daigo is serving up delicious hand rolls, Tokyo style at a standing bar – it is perfect for a quick bite and they are so fast. My husband and I popped in here since it was down the street from our hotel and they are so many foods from around the world here. I immediately spotted this hand roll bar because I love sushi and hand rolls so I had to stop and grab something! I grabbed two rolls – Spicy Tuna and Salmon Avocado Cucumber. The fish was so so fresh and the salmon was buttery and smooth. I also appreciated the small amount of rice used so you could taste the fish and that was the main focus. Highly recommend this spot and Dekalb Market in general to explore.
