If there’s one thing you absolutely have to try when visiting Bari, Italy, it’s burrata. After all, this beautiful, creamy cheese was born right here! You  can find it on menus almost everywhere, but for a truly authentic and  unforgettable experience, you need to head to a dedicated cheese shop. And that’s where Mr. Burrata comes in! This isn’t just any deli; it’s a burrata wonderland. Not only can you stock up on an amazing selection of freshly sliced meats and cheeses, but Mr. Burrata is famous for something truly special: their incredible €5  sandwiches. Yes, you read that right;just five euros for a sandwich that will blow your mind! Here’s the deal: for that fantastic price, you get to build your own masterpiece. It all starts with a soft, fresh brioche bun, which then gets  generously filled with an entire ball of their unbelievably fresh burrata.  From there, the customization begins! You can choose from a tempting  array of freshly sliced meats like mortadella, salami, or prosciutto. Then,  load it up with toppings like sweet caramelized onions, juicy tomatoes, or briny olives. And don’t forget the spreads! They offer unique options like rich pistachio butter or a zesty spicy spread. This is hands down one of the best deals around, and the freshness of  every ingredient is just phenomenal. The combination of the creamy  burrata, the fresh bread, and your chosen fillings creates a symphony of  textures and flavors that you won’t soon forget. My only regret is that I discovered Mr. Burrata on my last day in Bari. If I  had found it sooner, I honestly would have been there every single day of my trip! If you’re ever in Bari, make sure to seek out Mr. Burrata. Your  tastebuds will thank you for this fresh, delicious, and incredibly  affordable local treat. It’s a true must-try!
