Welcome to Aly Eats Food! I love cooking (and eating) – I mean, who doesn’t. This blog will help me explore what I am truly passionate about. Here I will create and share recipes, share reviews of restaurants around the world, and share city guides for your perfect trip!

Since I can remember I always loved watching my mom cook and learning from her. She always let me help in the kitchen and my love grew from there. I started baking at a very young age and it became my stress-relieving hobby as I grew up. When I was younger, I focused more on baking because of the precision a recipe requires, but as I’ve become more confident in the kitchen I have learned to love experimenting with different ingredients. Food is such a great way to connect with people and different cultures and that is what I enjoy most – there are so many flavors and delicious dishes out there to taste and create!

In 2020, as with most people stuck at home, I really leaned into my love of baking and turned my hobby into a side hustle. From there it grew into an actual business – The Pine Table. The Pine Table is a small batch, artisan bakery where I specialize in stuffed cookies with fun and unique flavors. I also bake focaccia and other European breads and treats that I encounter during my travels. I love running my own business and spreading love through food.
