While exploring Denver, I found a really great local coffee spot called Novo Cafe. It turns out they have multiple locations across the city, and it’s easy to see why they’re so popular.
This is such a great spot to grab a cappuccino or latte and settle in to do some work or catch up with friends. The staff is super friendly, creating a really welcoming atmosphere, and the coffee is just perfect.
One of the coolest things about Novo is that they are also a roastery, so you can actually buy their coffee beans to take home with you. I love when you can bring a little piece of your coffee shop experience home to enjoy.
Their menu features all the classic espresso drinks you could want, but they also have fun seasonal features to try, so there’s always something new. They also have a selection of bites to enjoy with your coffee.
I really enjoyed this coffee shop and would absolutely go back on my next trip to Denver. It’s just a solid, high-quality spot with a great vibe.
