After arriving in Denver, our first stop was for a late lunch, and we found a great spot called Machete Tacos. It’s in a fantastic location with tons of shops nearby, making it the perfect place to park, grab a bite, and then walk around and explore the area.
This was such a fun spot for some delicious tacos and margaritas. They also had a really cool outdoor patio, which I can totally imagine being the perfect place to hang out with friends during those warmer months. One of the best parts? They have a happy hour from Monday through Friday!
We popped in just in time to take advantage of the happy hour deals, so we grabbed a few tacos and some guacamole and chips to share. It was the perfect welcome meal.
The tacos were really good! They were simple but so filling and absolutely bursting with flavor. It was exactly what we needed after a morning of travel. If you’re looking for a fun, vibrant spot with great food and drinks, definitely give Machete Tacos a try.
