We found the cutest little coffee shop just a few blocks from where we were staying in Vancouver called Coffee Loft. We decided to pop in for our morning coffee, and it turned out to be such a lovely, relaxed spot.
The coffee shop has a very open and modern feel, with a calm atmosphere that would be perfect for studying, getting some work done, or just catching up with friends. The staff was also really friendly, which always makes for a better experience. Along with their full coffee menu, they also offer a selection of bakery items and light bites to snack on.
I decided to try their Spanish Latte, and my husband went with a classic Cappuccino. Both of our drinks were wonderful — so smooth and creamy. I was really impressed with their espresso; it had a bold and strong flavor but was incredibly silky and not at all acidic or bitter, which I really liked.
It was just a really nice, simple, and high-quality coffee experience. If you’re in the area and looking for a chill place to start your day, Coffee Loft is a great choice.
