We found such a great spot for sushi in Vancouver that you have to check out, especially if you’re looking for a late-night bite! Hon Sushi is an absolute gem, serving up some incredible food with fantastic happy hour specials.
What I loved about their menu is the sheer variety. They have so many amazing sushi rolls, from all the classics you know and love to some really unique in-house specials. And if sushi isn’t your thing, don’t worry! They have a ton of other cooked and fresh dishes that pull from both Japanese and Korean flavors, so there is truly something for everyone.
We grabbed a few rolls for dinner, and I was just blown away by the quality. The flavors were explosive, the rice was perfectly soft, but I truly want to highlight the freshness of the raw fish. It was so delicate and perfect. The salmon, in particular, was so smooth that it just melted in my mouth.
One of the other things I really loved about this place was the whole vibe. You order everything from an iPad right at your table, and the staff just brings it all out to you as it’s ready. You kinda get left alone to just enjoy your meal, which, honestly, is an introvert’s dream! It was so nice and relaxed.
Whether you’re looking for lunch, a fantastic dinner, or some delicious late-night snacks, you should definitely give Hon Sushi a try.
