On my visit, I opted for the Honeycomb Peak. This signature creation comes with your choice of soft serve (I went with the classic original milk), which is then topped with crunchy cereal flakes and a beautiful piece of local honeycomb.
It was the perfect combination of textures and flavors. It was a little sweet from the honey, a little crunchy from the cereal, and so incredibly creamy from the soft serve itself. What I loved most was that it was light and not overly sweet, making it a perfect treat for any kind of weather—rain or shine.
