If you’re a foodie like me, you’re probably always on the lookout for the next great sandwich spot. And, honey, I’ve found a gem that’s worth sharing. All’Antico Vinaio is a beloved Italian eatery with locations around the world, and trust me, it’s a game-changer.
Originating in Florence, this sandwich shop has taken the world by storm with its mouthwatering combinations of freshly sliced meats, cheeses, spreads, and veggies, all piled high on thin, crispy bread. I’ve had the pleasure of trying their sandwiches at several locations in Italy, and let me tell you, it’s a real treat every time.
My personal favorite? The Paridiso. It’s a match made in heaven: mortadella, pistachio cream, Stracciatella, and chopped pistachios. Yes, please! The combination is pure magic, and I can’t get enough. But, I also love The Italian, Truffle 1, Truffle 2, and The Tommy – they’re all winners in my book.
Now, I know what you’re thinking: “Isn’t this place super touristy?” And, yeah, it is popular with visitors, but don’t let that scare you off. Locals frequent the shops too (I mean, who wouldn’t?!), and the quality is top-notch.
