I was blown away by the quality of the pasta and sauce I ordered. I opted for a simple pasta (unfortunately, I forgot the name!) and paired it with the Cacio E Pepe sauce. It was absolute perfection – the flavors were rich and creamy, and the pasta was cooked to a perfect al dente. And let’s not forget the tiramisu I had for dessert… wow! It was probably some of the best tiramisu I’ve ever had, creamy, coffee-infused, and utterly divine.

I only wish I had discovered Brun earlier in my trip, as I would have been there every day.
