A Hidden Gem, this family-run spot is a must-visit for anyone looking for a delicious and authentic pizza experience. Located in a more residential area of Turin, Italy, Cammafa is a bit off the beaten path, but trust us, it’s worth the trip. This simple, family-run spot is a favorite among locals, and for good reason. The pizza is made with love and care, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
We grabbed dinner at Cammafa and each ordered a pizza. I opted for a simple yet elegant Burrata Pizza, topped with fresh tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and a whole ball of creamy Burrata. The combination was absolute perfection, and the fresh flavors really shone through. My husband, on the other hand, chose the Four Flavors pizza, loaded with fresh tomato sauce, ham, mushrooms, artichokes, sausage, and of course, plenty of cheese. While I loved my pizza, I think I preferred the simplicity of my Burrata Pizza, which allowed the pizza dough and crust to take center stage. And what a star it was! The crust was delicate with a lovely char, and the inside was fluffy and warm – perfect for a cozy dinner.
What really makes Cammafa special is the family feel and the love that goes into every dish. This spot is a true gem, and we feel so lucky to have stumbled upon it thanks to a local’s recommendation. If you’re looking for a authentic pizza experience in Turin, look no further than Cammafa. Get yourself to this residential neighborhood and enjoy a delicious meal at this hidden gem!
