To ensure a table at this popular spot, reservations are highly recommended. Once inside, you’ll be treated to a menu that creatively showcases the flavors and dishes of Piedmont. The attention to detail and commitment to authenticity are evident in every dish that arrives at the table.

Our meal began with the “Piedmonte” Sampler plate, a delightful assortment of 10 small bites that highlighted the classics of the region. From veal with tuna sauce to tartare and peppers, each bite was a masterclass in flavor and technique. The presentation was also noteworthy, with the small bites arranged artfully on the plate like a work of art. We also enjoyed a plate of thinly shaved salami, perfectly cured and full of flavor. For our mains, pasta was a must, and we were not disappointed. I opted for the Agnolotti, delicate pasta pockets filled with a rich and savory mixture. My husband chose a simple yet satisfying tomato Ragu, and both dishes were exceptional. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were both complex and simple at the same time.

Le Putrelle is a true gem in Turin, offering an authentic Italian experience that’s hard to find elsewhere. With its creative menu, commitment to regional flavors, and cozy atmosphere, this spot is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to experience the best of Piedmontese cuisine.
