When I visited, I arrived at opening time and was greeted by a line of about 20 people ahead of me. But don’t let the line deter you – it moves fairly quickly, and the cheesecakes are well worth the wait. The variety of flavors and sizes on offer is impressive, and the staff will happily guide you through the options.
The cheesecakes at Alex Cordobes are truly exceptional. The inside is almost like an ice cream, melting in your mouth, while the exterior offers a thicker, creamy bite. We opted to try two of the smallest size cheesecakes, choosing Oreo and Traditional flavors. Both were absolutely delicious, and I found it impossible to choose a favorite.
