The combination was absolute perfection, with the sweetness of the condensed milk balancing out the boldness of the espresso. What I loved most about Valor was the sense of tradition and history that permeates the place. With a legacy that dates back over 130 years, Valor is a true Madrid institution. The decor is classic and elegant, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
