We stopped by Mercado de San Ildefonso for a afternoon happy hour snack and were blown away by the variety of options. We opted to try some arepas and wine, and it was the perfect choice. I ordered the 4 mixed arepas with plantains, beef, pork, and cheese, and each one was a flavor sensation. The arepas were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the fillings were generous and delicious.
