We stopped by Ebb & Flow on a weekday for a leisurely brunch and were treated to the perfect breakfast spread. We ordered the Avocado Toast, Ebb Irish, Mini Carrot Cake, and Flat Whites. The Carrot Cake was a delightful surprise – a perfect small-sized sweet treat to start the meal with our coffees. The cake was moist and flavorful, with a creamy, tangy frosting that was simply divine. The Avocado Toast was anything but boring, with thick sourdough, smashed avocado, feta, and chili jam, all topped with perfectly poached eggs and a side salad. It was a delicious and satisfying dish that was sure to please even the pickiest of eaters The Ebb Irish was a hearty and delicious take on a traditional Irish Breakfast, with poached eggs, bacon, sausage, potato cake, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, and sourdough. It was a filling and flavorful meal that was sure to start the day off right.

In fact, Ebb & Flow became a regular haunt for me, and I found myself popping in almost daily for a coffee and sweet treat. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was always relaxed and inviting.
