In Birmingham, Urban Cafe boasts a large seating area with coffee, pastries, breakfast, and more! They even offer brunch all day, so no matter how late ya wake up you won’t miss out. This spot is definitely a bit more modern with fun lattes and even iced coffees (if you’ve been to Europe, you know how impossible iced coffee is to find). We popped in for a caffeine kick, but I wish we had grabbed brunch here because it smelled and looked incredible.
The coffee though was super delish. I grabbed a mocha and my husband grabbed a macchiato (the traditional way, not the Starbucks way lol). The espresso was smooth and bold, so you could still taste it with the milk and mocha. This is a great spot to grab a bite to eat and coffee before exploring the Jewelry District in Birmingham!
