Baxter

Baxter has two locations in Coventry, but I highly recommend going to the location inside the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum. This is because you can go explore the museum and then grab a cappuccino and bite to eat when you get done. They have a full menu for brunch and lunch, or plenty of pastries made in house that you can nibble on! The espresso was definitely a great pick me up after walking around.

The Herbert Art Gallery & Museum though is super inexpensive to visit, with day passes around 5pounds. It’s a smaller gallery and museum, but still has some great treasures and Coventry history, so it is worth a visit! For a smaller gallery & museum though, they do have an impressive collection with a lot of variety to discover. Check out the museum and the coffee shop for a fun afternoon in Coventry!
