Aria

Aria is known for their Korean Fried Chicken, but they serve all the classic Korean dishes with flare. Aria has also leaned into the California scene by joining the two regions and cultures together. You’ll find dishes like Korean Fried Chicken Burrito with chipotle crema and green sauce; Korean-Mexican Tacos like bulgogi and cheese corn served with slaw and chipotle aioli on fresh corn tortillas; and Bulgogi Fries that are a take on the popular Carne Asada California Fries! I love how they lean into both cultures and make delicious dishes that represent both without sacrificing their Korean roots. We grabbed takeout to enjoy in and went with the Bulgogi Bowl, Kimbap, and Korean Fried Chicken Bowl. The flavors were incredible and for having to travel a bit, the chicken was still so crispy! The bulgogi was so tender and juicy with a lovely rich, soy and garlic flavor. The Kimbap though was probably my favorite – but I love Kimbap so so much. I love the richness of the Bulgogi with the tangy, crunchy pickled veggies. Aria was definitely my favorite of the two Korean spots we ate at – the flavors just popped more here!
