Breakfast and Biscuits go hand in hand right? While biscuits aren’t necessarily my personal go to for a breakfast dish, I do love a good one. And if you find yourself in the mood for a deliciously, buttery, crumbly biscuit then Bomb Biscuit is the spot for you! With classic breakfast biscuits piled high with eggs to crazy chicken combinations that will have your mouth watering, Bomb Biscuit has you covered! The menu had so many tasty options that it was challenging to decide what to grab. In the end though, I opted for a The Classic which is a biscuit with bacon, eggs, and cheddar cheese. Super simple yet super flavorful. If you’re feeling adventurous, grab some of their housemate season jam to go with it – nothing like a sweet + salty combination to start your day off right.
This biscuit sandwich really was one of the best I’ve had. The biscuit was flakey, soft and so so buttery. And that bacon was so crispy and salty with the soft, fluffy eggs and melty cheddar cheese. Talk about a freaking good biscuit breakfast.
