Looking for a unique sweet treat? Head over to Eight Turn Crepe in Dekalb Market in Brooklyn. They’ve got all your crepe dreams covered with both sweet and savory choices. They also roll/fold their crepes eight times, hence the name Eight Turn! On the menu you’ll find classics like strawberry nutella, ham & cheese, and powdered sugar; but you’ll also find some interesting and unique combinations like strawberry matcha, dulce de leche, Tokyo pork belly, philly cheesesteak, and creme brulee! With so many tasty options it might take you a minute and if you still don’t know what to get, you can always build your own! I grabbed the Creme Brulee Crepe since I love a good burnt sugar on top of a creamy custard and oh man, this did not disappoint. The crepe itself was so light and soft. And the custard filling was so creamy and had a lovely vanilla flavor. I was also pleasantly surprised with how much filling the crepe had – normally I feel like places skimp out on it. Definitely hit this place up for a sweet treat after a long day!
